FEP (Fluorinated ethylene propylene) is a copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene and hexafluoropropylene, with a lower melt viscosity than PTFE, it is a resin that can be melt-extruded and molded, with a maximum continuous use temperature of 200℃. It has similar chemical resistance and electrical properties with PTFE, and is mainly used for wire insulation/sheath or pipe bar extrusion.
FEP rods can be processed into a variety of parts seals used in valves, machinery manufacturing, electrical, food, pharmaceutical and other fields.
